 Pricing & Refund Policy

Our pricing varies depending on project scope, complexity, and timeline. All quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

Refunds

Because our services involve time, labor, and creative work, Bala Web Design does not offer full refunds once a project has started.

Refund eligibility:

  • 100% refund only if the project has not started

  • 50% partial refund only if no design drafts have been shared

  • No refund once design drafts, development work, or deliverables have been shared

Chargebacks or disputes filed fraudulently will result in legal action and termination of access to all deliverables.

 Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

You Own:

  • Website content provided by you

  • Images, logos, branding elements owned by you

We Own:

  • Our proprietary designs, code modules, and tools

  • Website frameworks, scripts, and development assets introduced by us

Full ownership of delivered websites is transferred to the client only after full payment is received.

 Website Content & Accuracy

We strive to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee:

  • Error-free content

  • Accuracy of third-party integrations

  • That the website will be uninterrupted or glitch-free

We recommend regular maintenance to ensure security and performance.

 Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Our services may include use of:

We are not responsible for outages, errors, price changes, or issues caused by third-party providers.

  • UAE law for Dubai-based clients

  • U.S. law for USA-based clients

International clients agree to resolve disputes under the relevant jurisdiction based on their location.
